With our day to day hectic life, it is very necessary to take out time for self and make yourself feel relaxed. Before doing intense level yoga poses one should first start with basic and easy poses after which the difficulty level can be increased.

1. Balasana:

This asana is also known as the child asana. This asana is one the best pose to make your body stretch and feel relaxed within minutes. For this, you need to sit keeping your knees on the mat and toes in a backward direction. After which sit on your toes and stretch your body keeping your hands straight outwards. Slowly move your body forwards and keep your head on the mat. This will help to keep your backbone straight and relax your muscles.

2. Viparita kasani Asana:

This asana is also known as legs up the wall pose. This yoga pose is very easy to do. Lie on your back with your hips touching the wall. You need to slowly raise your legs and keep your legs straight with the support of the wall. Don’t forget to keep your hands by your side.

3. Setu Bandha Sarvangasana:

This asana is also known as the bridge pose. For this, you need to lie down on your back keeping your feet on the mat so that the form an upward “v“ shape. After which you need to keep your hands by your side and slowly raise your body from the tummy area upward and after few seconds bring it back to the normal position. This will create pressure on your backbone and stretch your body muscles.

4. Savasana:

This asana is also known as corpse pose. One of the easiest and most relaxing pose. For this, you have to lie down on your back in a relaxing position with hands by your side and legs wide open as per your comfort. This asana relaxes your muscles and reduces anxiety levels. Apart from relaxing your body this asana lowers the blood sugar level and balances the hormone levels in your body.

5. Marjaryasana:

This asana is also known as the cat pose. For making this yoga posture you need to make a pose of a standing cat and slowly squeeze your tummy and release it. This helps to sooth your entire body and makes you feel relaxed.
